Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available — please contact us for details.

Lost or Damaged Packages Sweetly Rays is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
